I worked for thirteen years, prior to going back to school, in geophysical exploration which has afforded me the opportunity to travel the world as a project crew chief. As a crew lead I was given ample opportunity to teach as it was my responsibility to train all newcomers to the crews that I ran. Through this experience I have found that I am a very patient individual and am able to convey new information clearly and concisely. Additionally, I have helped my neices through numerous difficulties with high school math. I believe that I can bring my current education and my past experience to a tutoring environment and successfully help a student struggling with course work. I've taken a variety of classes including Trigonometry, Calculus I/II/III, and a number of classes in Chemistry and Physics which earned me an Associate Degree. I would enjoy lending my education and experience to any student.
